DuoMorph: Synergistic Integration of FDM Printing and Pneumatic Actuation for Shape-Changing Interfaces
Co-Author @ CHI 2026 Papers

DuoMorph is a hybrid design and fabrication method that integrates FDM 3D/4D printing and pneumatic actuation to create expressive shape-changing interfaces through a single, seamless workflow using a standard FDM printer.
As a co-author, I contributed to the project through early-stage ideation and system exploration, focusing on the integration of pneumatic actuation and FDM-printed structures. I conducted initial prototyping experiments, analyzed related work and prior fabrication systems, and helped shape the conceptual framing of the project.
