AR Walking Story-Living Narrative
at Stanford Art Gallery / Meyer Green Field

10-minute site-specific AR narrative on

wheelchair accessibility at Stanford

This augmented reality experience invites immersants* to explore campus accessibility through the voices of real stakeholders. As participants navigate the site, they encounter immersive visuals and a spatial soundscape integrated with the surrounding architecture, revealing the often-invisible barriers wheelchair users face.

My Role & Technical Description:

- Scanned the site using Vuforia Engine

- Imported and spatially mapped the environment in Unity

- Modeled all 3D assets in Blender, mapped animation on Unity

- Built a complete AR game experience / deployed it via TestFlight

- Reception was held with 5 iPads for 100+ visitors

My collaborator, Brynn Hochman, conducted and edited the interviews with campus accessibility stakeholders, whose voices guide participants through the experience.
