Anna Matsumoto
From Tokushima, Shikoku Island, Japan.
Realizing that Art often relies heavily on visual perception,
I became interested in "multi-sensory" or "touchable" world.
In 2020, I was selected to "Tatsujin of Computer Science" Program
by the National Institute of Informatics, where I began studying HCI
(Human-Computer Interaction). Since then, I have focused on haptics
and accessibility research for BLV (Blind and Low Vision) users.
In both my academic research and artworks, I aim to create experiences
combining visual, audio, and tactile perceptions.
